The new year has brought new music and new faces. I love seeing people get excited about Zumba. I know how good it is for the body and soul and I love sharing that with people. I'm looking to start a Zumba toning class as soon as I get a few people to commit to it. I am ready for a new challenge and my body needs the weights. It will help me look better and strengthen my muscles. I have bone density loss and the best way to build it back up is Vitamin D and strength training. What better way to do that than with Zumba?
